WJP 苗栗銅鑼二廠無塵室生產線開始啟用

隨著醫療科技的多元化以及生技產業的廣泛運用促使市場需求提升,萬久平塑膠(WJP)為滿足生技產業對於醫療級醫療器械包裝的需求,成立潔淨生產專用的無塵室,以進行專用設備模具及相關成型技術之研發,且推動潔淨包裝生產流程的建立。

生醫產業發展迅速,醫療器械產品的開發往往是要求高潔淨度的產品,大多尋求相應潔淨的包裝環境,WJP 即將啟用的無塵室位於銅鑼二廠內,占地空間約200坪,採用防火建材,Epoxy環氧樹脂地板,設置兩條壓空全自動一貫作業生產線,配置萬久平自我研發之機構設計,有別於傳統以鍊條式機台,生產過程中容易造成原材料磨損,且影響後端作業,經由新開發的作業方式對成品的潔淨度有助提升。

新無塵室規劃人員與物料通道獨立,塑膠原材及包裝箱由獨立通道進入緩衝清潔區靜置,人員需經由風淋室進入,待吹除身上之毛髮、灰塵後,人員將原材料於緩衝區送進產線內,而生產裝箱完成之貨品亦由獨立通道出貨,如此可避免外來汙染物粉塵帶入。

自動化生產線可大幅減少作業人員,降低二次加工所會造成的人員接觸汙染風險, 規劃未來將生產醫療級泡殼等新產品,WJP期盼藉由生產環境的升級,展現包裝產業的與時俱進的轉型量能,滿足業界所需。

The classification of cleanrooms

The rapid development of the biomedical industry and the development of medical device products often require a high degree of cleanliness, and most of them are looking for a correspondingly clean packaging environment. WJP has completed a clean room located in the Miao Li factory no.2, which occupies an area of about 200 square meters, and is made of fire-resistant building materials and Epoxy flooring.

Iso cleanroom standards working procedure

The new clean room is planned to have separate channels for personnel and materials. Plastic raw materials and packaging boxes enter the buffer cleaning area through a separate channel for static storage, personnel need to enter through an air shower room, and after blowing off the hair and dust from their bodies, personnel will send the raw materials into the production line from the buffer area, and the finished products will be discharged from a separate channel, which avoids external pollutants and dust from being brought into the area.
